Science World

Science World is easy to spot, - just look for the geodesic dome. Science World brings a whole new meaning to the term 'hands-on' - the whole place is hands-on. The goal, here, is to get kids to use every sense they have in matter and forces, mine games, the search gallery. the neat visual illusions, the grand piano (you hop on its keyboard make music) and the many, frequently changed visiting exhibits. There is also a 3D theatre and Omnimax® theater. Science World  is at the far end of False Creek from Granville Island and there is a convenient Water Taxi from either Granville Island or English Bay. Want to know more?
