The Columbia River Gorge Scenic Area encompassed almost 300,000 acres of awesome cliffs and waterfalls sprinkled with many easy-to-follow trails. If you were to ask a crowd of people, "What is Oregon?" - you could get a fiery debate. But there is one thing they would probably all agree: Oregon is shear beauty. And the Columbia River Gorge is an excellent place to begin your touring.

How to get there:

Interstate 84 follows the Columbia Rived from Portland to Boardman. All along this beautiful Interstate highway are exits giving access to the many waterfalls and other sights that have made this area so great a national treasure. In our reviews, we tell you which exits and back roads to take. No fear of getting lost; you are never far from the Interstate.
