First Army veterans
know Watertown and Fort Drum. This area is especially beautiful in the
Autumn. And, yes, we have a favorite place to stay here, too. It is the Econo
Lodge
on Arsenal Street - about half way between I-81
exit 45 and downtown. Rooms are in the $40 to $50 range and include dataports (if you bring along your notebook computer as we always
do), refrigerators (but no microwaves).
They also have an indoor pool!
